- Bet Acceptance: A bet is only considered valid once it has been accepted by our servers. If a communication failure occurs after a bet is placed but before the server accepts it, the bet is void.
- Insufficient Funds: Bets will not be accepted if the Account balance is insufficient to cover the wager.
- Game Malfunctions: In the event of a system error, software bug, or game malfunction, all bets and payouts related to that specific event shall be voided. The Operator's liability in such cases is strictly limited to the refund of the original wager.

4. Bonus Terms and Conditions
4.1. Bonus Activation and Wagering

6. Limitation of Liability
truefortune provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
6.1. Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for:
- Losses arising from technical failures, system breakdowns, or poor internet connectivity on the Player's end.
- Loss of data or funds resulting from cyber-attacks or unauthorized account access.
- Any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website.
6.2. Maximum Liability
In any event, the Operator's total liability to a Player for any specific incident shall not exceed the amount of the wager that gave rise to the dispute or the amount actually present in the Player's Account at the time of the dispute.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

10. Termination and Suspension
10.1. Voluntary Termination
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Any withdrawable balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal fees.
10.2. Involuntary Termination
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms.
- We suspect you are involved in illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
- You use abusive language towards staff or other players.
- You become bankrupt or subject to insolvency proceedings.
In cases of breach involving fraud or bonus abuse, the Operator retains the right to confiscate all funds in the Account.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
